WHAT IS AN ORACLE?

REMOTE READING RESERVATION POLICY

When you click the ‘Make a Reservation’ button, you will be directed to a booking page to request your preferred date and time for your reading. Once availability is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your appointment details, payment instructions, and terms.

To secure your booking, payment must be made via bank transfer at least 72 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to provide payment within this timeframe will result in the release of the reserved slot.

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before your session to qualify for a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours will receive a 50% refund, while cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will not be refunded. Rescheduling requests made less than 72 hours before your session will be treated as cancellations and subject to the same refund policy.
